Hello Guys, my name is Nicole. I own a Papillon and I have been searching for a Papillon forum for quite a while. To no avail I have not found a dedicated forum like this one or any others alike that I could join.

I have decent background knowledge about forums and was wondering if anyone here could provide me with any information or support about how I would go about getting one off the ground. Any input or direction from fellow forum dwellers would be greatly appreciated.
