Poppy would sleep on her pad alot (when its clean) I always assumed she was too hot or something.
Come to think of it when Poppy was smaller she pooped in her bed twice I think... but I think the bed was too big for her and maybe she couldnt get out in time, im not sure.
Im sure your baby will grow out of it, as like I said dogs are clean animals and dont like to mess in their sleeping area usually.
Also you could try giving her a treat when she uses the pad, mine go crazy for cheese!
