We can't get beef Oxo cubes or the regular Atora suet here.
I think most Cadbury chocolate products are available at the British food stores, and there are several online.
Of course if I am your SB, I would kill for a babycham
(Brandy and Babycham was my favourite drink) I haven't found the Babycham over here - yet. May have to do some googling
