His tummy is probably still very sensitive or a bit upset with the acid. What I have done in the past to get them started and to get their appetite going is to get a dropper and give them some chicken broth for awhile, then you can slowly introduce him to some boiled chicken and rice with the broth on it. If you have to, start him out by hand feeding him and then see if he'll take off and eat it by himself. Getting him to eat right now is the important thing.
