Sometimes thread just get missed or overlooked. You can always "bump" them if they are falling to the bottom of the screen too quickly.
There is an anesthetic protocol thread in the YT Library. That's a good place to start. Depending on the condition of the teeth, xrays may need to be taken. Not all vets that do dentals have this capability. Dentals are so common in Yorkies. Just make sure the vet is following a safe anesthesia protocol, and experience working in tiny mouths would be important.
