My little one is getting having her second cleaning done today. Last year she had her first one and it went well, but I am still all nerves today waiting for them to call and say she is in recovery.
My vet does her cleaning and does blood work first to be sure she is healthy for the procedure. I also pay just a little extra for what they use to put her out because they say it is better for her and they can put her to sleep and wake her quicker.
They are also going to take x-rays of her teeth and put a sealant on her teeth and then once a week I will brush her teeth with the sealant to help protect her teeth. |
