I get whatever they choose to give me, unfortunately its the mist, I think because they get a limited amount of the actual shots so they reserve them for the older members, and the preg. ladies. The last 3 years I've gotten the mist, and each time I get sick, usually just for a few hours, but nonetheless, it sucks
