I tried using a litter box the first day that I got him but he didn't seem to like it much and would just jump out. So now I have a 2x4 pen set up with a vinyl shower curtain liner underneath the entire pen and the pen divided into a bed side and a pee pad side. I don't think he understood at first and was holding his pee but he finally peed on the pad side this morning so hopefully it'll work.
Anyway, I got the vinyl liner idea from another thread on YT. It's really nice since I have him in a carpeted room. I havent had to clean the liner yet because I put 2 layers of pads in case the top one leaks, but I read that the liner is easy to clean if necessary. |
