I think yorkies look beautiful with short and long tails.
The docking of tails has been banned here in England for some time now so Poppy's tail has not been docked.
But she has a broken tail... Im not sure how or when this happend.
I noticed it at around 8 weeks old and took her straight to the vet, the vet said it looked like it had been broken for some time as it had healed.
He said sometimes this can happen when the pups are being born or when they are very young.
The break dosnt bother her and now that her fur is longer you cannot see it, but it must have been painful for her at the time and this is something which could have been avoided if her tail had been docked.
