I just use pads. Kasha's still learning, so we line our extra bathroom with the pads and change them after about 2 uses. Not very green but it helps with the scent( I also spray lysol & wipe down with clorox wipes) Once she is more reliable I'll most likely use pad holder so there is no chance of leaking.
