My poor Harley, I've been promising him for like 4 weekends in a row that he'll get to go on this dog walk that a local Yorkie group organizes. And they keep cancelling! ugh. And its not even raining out today.

Poor Harley doesn't come in much contact with other dogs, unless we're at these groups, and this summer they were super consistent. Any tips on how to round up more doggie friends. (I'm not financially able to take him to classes yet, just had a big vet bill and just moved). He is fully socialized, so it's not an issue of training, he is lovely around other dogs (and has even taught his "cousin" a boarder collie new manners), its just I worry that he gets lonely.

I was sooo looking forward to it too. It just seems like there are very few people around here who are in love with their pups the way we are here on YT, either that or they have 2 or 3 dogs so they have constant contact with each other. I mention getting together and socializing with like every dog person I meet, and no one wants to. It's just disappointing. One of the reasons I bought my baby was to help me (an introvert) make more friends and become outgoing.

Oh well. I guess he and I will go on a training walk by ourselves.
