Kmart had the striped Simply Dog sweaters and a couple other styles. They were $9.99 at Kmart, and my local Walmart had them at $9.97.

And to clarify, my Kmart had the striped knit sweater with a bone on it, striped knit sweater with a heart, solid colored knit sweater with a skull, skull fleece hoodie, pumpkin dress, and that's all I remember. I only priced one sweater, a size small, but it was the $9.99.
