Oh my gosh! I had this virus a little while ago! It was terrible and I thought that my laptop was going to break because it looked so legit! I can't help you to much because my dad fixed it for me, but I'll try. He downloaded something called Combofix. Then from there I'm not really sure what he did but I would try to download it and follow any instructions if you can even get on the internet. The only thing I could do on it while I had it was go on the internet. No files, itunes, pictures, or my webcam. I couldn't even go on word pad without it saying it was infected.
