Welceome and congratulations on your new little guy. I tend to stay away from table scraps as it can cause a lot of upset tummies. Since he has been use to it, he may be ok to have a little now and then as long as it is not fatty or greasy. There are so many premium foods out there but some of the ones a lot of people use are, Canidae, Innova, California Natural, Orjen just to mention a few. Some of the store who sell these brand offer samples so you don't waste your money trying to find the right one. I feed mine canned and kibble so they have a little variety.
