I called to check on Chelsea. She had another incident of her heart rate trying to drop not long after I left her this morning. They did something to bring it back up and she's been stable ever since. Dr. Haynes said she's perkier and alert now. If she stays that way he'll let her come home tonight. He mentioned keeping her there overnight, but I know I'll be awake all night worrying about her anyway, and I'd rather have her here with me. I'm less than 10 minutes away from the hospital and they have a 24 hour emergency center housed in with the hospital, so if anything happens I can have her there in minutes. I just need to hold her and see for myself how she's doing.
