OMG Only 15? How horrible for her and you to have to go thru! That is why early detection is key. I could not feel this mass, although it was large, my breasts are too . The dr. says many things cannot be detected from a self-exam, but a mammogram and/or ultrasound can find them. This is why it is so important to have your mammogram yearly (as recommended for me), or follow whatever plan the Dr. puts in place for you!
