This is what I was getting when I had to call microsoft. They told me it is the worst virus out there. here is the number. 1-800-642-7676. It is specially for this. It tells you to run a certain scan but I could not do anything so I called this number and they spent three hours on the phone with me. You need to have your computer on and be in front of it when you call.
