He likes to be outside. We have a doggie door and the dogs can come and go into the yard as they like. (I close it down around 10pm so they are not going to be going outside when we are in bed).
Beamer thinks he is a guard dog, and he has to be in the yard close to the fence so he can warn us when someone has the nerve to walk down the street without his permission  or when our neighbour decided to work in her yard, he thinks we need to know she is outside  |
Okay you can get the scrunchies at the dollar store. Get a medium size, as your fingers might be able to handle that better. I used these for Razz when he was a pup, and we were going in swimming. tie up the hair, shoulders body, loin, and chest then put on wrapping jacket, and off he goes out to play. Now you will get some mats from this, but if you take off jacket and bands after only one hour shouldn't be too bad.
Depending on the thickness of his coat you might get away with one only scrunchie for each side of his body, from back of the shoulder, to in front of the loin.
