About a month ago my puppy Kinder ate a toad poop and I was worried about her. She did not get sick but I brought a sample of her feces in to be checked. I just had her spayed a week ago so her bloodwork was all normal and the feces was normal. I thought she could get worms or something. Good thing you brought your baby in when she got sick. I suppose each dog can have a reaction to things they eat. Our last yorkie Keally a few years ago ate a caterpillar and she got really sick. The vet put her on similar meds like yours and she was fine after that. Our six month old puppy is so quick we have to watch her steady when we are out side. Kinder will eat anything. Anyways glad your baby is better and I am sure she will be ok just keep a watch on her. As far as the noise when she swallows I would give your vet a call and ask them if that is normal.
