I don't think they will be too small. harley is 13.5 lbs and he does fine with them. harley can be an aggressive chewer but he only chews on his balls and bones. I have to replace his balls often, but i usually stick to the harder rubber balls. they last longer. he gets the little tennis balls so slimey and wet and then they get nasty dirty. harley is an avid fetcher and loves to perform! he always has a blast and is always able to get someone to throw the ball for him! i
