I am posting this in the general forum because I'm hoping to get enough responses and info to make this decision in the next day or two. (So I can get my money back from Petplan within the 30 day limit if I need to.)

I signed Wobie up with Petplan almost a month ago. At that time, I searched the internet and scoured YT and found very positive reviews. Then a few people came forward and shared their bad experiences with Petplan here. Now I don't know whether to stay with Petplan, or move to Embrace, the only other pet insurance I would consider.

My main concern about Embrace is that it only covers 25% of a chronic condition after the first year. To my knowledge, Petplan will continue to cover chronic conditions up to the annual limit each year. This seems to be one major benefit to sticking with Petplan. However, I don't want to stay with Petplan if they do not cover what they say they will cover, which seems to be a concern lately.

I know there are many people here that have experince with these insurance companies. I would really appreciate you lovely YT people shedding some light on this topic and helping me with my decision.
