I personally wouldnt buy from a breeder that uses the term "teacup or micro" that many times. It's basically a marketing ploy . Good breeders breed for standard size...not "Micro" size. Also they let their puppies go at 8 weeks.
There are tons of breeders here on YT...i would look here first.
