They say they specialize in Teacup Yorkies! That is a "I want more money for these babies" - they will let them go at 8-10 weeks, but if they keep them more than 12 weeks they charge boarding fees!
They say they advertise for other friends - sounds like puppy broker to me.
No reputable breeders will "specialize in teacup yorkies" - there is no such thing as a teacup.
Their only guarantee is a one year genetic guarantee.
Please look for another breeder.
