I am just very lucky this little one is from my breeding and have momma here with me as he does nurse a little, but gets extremely tired fast. So we try to nurse every 45 minutes or so, he will eat until he falls asleep, which doesn't take long. Little man is getting some nourishment from Momma, so hopefully this with help with his fight. This is one of the reasons I would never let a pup go before 12 weeks of age...
He does come from good size parents mom is a small 8 pounds and dad is almost 5 pounds, he just is staying extremely tiny. I did just weigh him and we did get 4 tenths of a ounce back on him in almost 24 hours. So, hopefully he will keep fighting...I know I will.
