Wow! That is something that is definitely NOT supposed to happen. That is very unprofessional. I work at Petsmart (not as a groomer) but at the one I work at, all of our groomers are extremely friendly and do a wonderful job. I'd be very disappointed if I heard any of them say something like that to a customer! Where in Michigan are you located? |
