White rice is fine.
Scrabled egg is fine. Watch the fat content of the yolk and be careful about what you cook it in.
Tuna is ok. The stuff packed in water is better.
Milk is rarely ok. A good portion of dogs are lactose intolerant.
So many foods that a pup doesn't really get often all given in one meal...watch for stomach issues.
