Braiding his hair, that may be the easier way??? Just put braids in??? Anything special? Are there any pics anwhere of a Yorkie with braids?

If I get those wraps, are they reusable? And where do you get the wrapping jacket?
I would do anything to keep his coat free of those spurs. The Beggars lice I can handle much better - we have those here too, but they are easy to remove. Those spurs are a lot harder.
It's easier to wrap one in a full coat than a short coat. But I think braids would be better. Unless you have a very rare yorkie, they'll usually go bananas trying to get the wraps out if they aren't used to them. Not to mention, it takes an hour to wrap. Plastics are cheaper, but they're hard to put in the coat if the coat isn't long and plentiful. You can buy plastic from finishing touch.

What about doing some scrunchy sections? Section with them, then put them in the pony tails about every 2"? What do you think about that Mary? That's quick, eh? The little tiny ones that some people use to keep them from peeing on the coat, or topknots.
