I'm sorry that happened to you. It does seem like a really unprofessional way to talk to you about your baby. If I were you I would contact Petsmart headquarters and report her rude behavior.

We take Roxie to Petsmart for her grooming and they have always been pleasant and professional. They even give us little report cards on her status and behavior.

I hope you can find a better place to take her for her grooming.
