Hmmmm, I have always used the warm wash cloth w/ water and it's worked fine. I wonder if you added just a drop of some no-tear shampoo if that would help?
If I remember correctly I recall a member talking about using cornstarch (please don't quote me on this because I just cannot remember) around the eye area to make it easier in clean up. ?????
