I love my chopper, too! In fact, I gave my MIL my electric chopper once I got this one, it is easier to clean and store. It could have been a selling ploy, but the PC lady I bought it from said that in order to preserve the blades, you should only use it on their white cutting board. So, I bought one of those too, of course. Comes in handy for onions, making gumbo, and I even chop my eggs for tuna salad up with it!
