Raw bones don't pose a choking hazard because they are soft and pliable - my 4lbs yorkie loves to chew on them. Cooked bone is very dangerous to your pet, but raw bone is incredible good for his bones (calcium) and his teeth (chewing exercise & calcium).
You've mentioned some of these, but here is a list of the raw meaty bones my BARF supplier has. These are obviously safe to eat. Chicken necks, Chicken Carcasses, Chicken Wings, Chicken Drumsticks, Chicken Thighs, Whole free-range chickens, Turkey Drumsticks, Beef Bones (large) and Whole Pilchards.

I've fed my yorkies the wings, necks and beef bones. I still want to try the bigger bones to see how they do. Raw bones are so natural, we love them
