I just read on OC Craigslist under pets about these two boys who are hanging a puppy by his neck. They are fliping the camera off and laughing. This is what the posting says
Can you identify them? If so it is your duty to report them to the police. They could be anywhere...not just in CA.What they are doing and laughing about is just despicable.... what kind of mother raises boys like this? Please spread the word..... There is a picture but it is not aloowing me to copy and paste.
I tried to post the link to craigslist but had no sucess so I am inviting those who live in California especially to take a look and keep an eye out for these horrible decpicable excusses for human beings.

Please check it out and spread the word. Lets see if we can catch these *$%#.........
