It's hard to give you an answer without more information. Has she been outside and eaten something out there? Has this happened before?
Does she have a fever?
Keep hydrating her and get her to the vet in the next day if it continues. My yorkie goes through this ocassionally and we suspect outdoor conditions, or even table scraps because she has always had a sensitive stomach. It could be something more though, so take her temp to rule out flu viruses.
