Well, our mailman sometimes comes late. I happened to be walking Bella outside when he drove up. So excited, we walked briskly his way.
Opened the mailbox & was sooooo disappointed that no package was inside.
Then the mailman who was a couple of houses down, waved to me & came walking towards us. He said "I have a package for you that I missed".
He had no idea how happy he had made the crazy dog lady.

Pics soon. But wanted to let others know that the small did fit & Bella is 8 lbs & 12" long. I was really worried that I should have ordered a larger size, but they were fine. They are great!! Stretchy & no snaps, velcro @all.
