Please, please, please consider adopting a Yorkie from a rescue. There are so many yorkies out there who have been given up because their owners can no longer afford them or they just decided that they didn't want the hassle of having a dog. Adopting an "adult" dog has many perks, one of which being they are generally completely housebroken and don't require the nearly round-the-clock attention that puppies do. Both my Yorkies were adopted (one from a regional rescue org and the other from the local pound). They have been the best little guys ever and seem genuinely appreciative of the home I've given them. Please, please, please consider adopting. It will save a life!
