OMG!!
Does not cover collasping tracheas, patellas! Yes they can happen from trauma but the vets can tell which is which. And to not cover parasites or parvo , viral or bacterial infections once they leave their care??? Parvo has a 7-10 day incubation period so the puppy should be covered for these issues for at least the first 10 days!! If a puppy gets sick from parvo 3 days after you get the puppy it came from the breeder!!!
Plus if the puppy is listed as "teacup" "babydoll faced" etc, run do not walk but run the other way.
I would keep looking and find a reputable breeder in your area. Go there, meet the breeder, meet the parents, ask for references from puppy owners and their vet and check them. Look up hints for buying a puppy. Do not rush into it. You are buying your breeder first and one that does not stand behind a pup and ships them out that young does not seem reputable in my eyes.
