Since you asked in the other section, I did some checking.
There are a couple of red flags to me (but I am not a breeder)
Her sire is 2.5lb and her dam is 4lbs. To me, that is too small.
As she is located in Canada, I would assume she is meaning Canadian dollars.
I am sure someone can give you better information
