i have to male yorkie pups and scooter and samson are 4months now and scooter will stand up sometimes and yes i clip them which i find helps..now scooter has 1 up and 1 down samson will stand up when looking at you..like some breeders will tell you some don't stand up doesn't mean there not purebred..my female the mother chloe stood up on her own..be patience and trying trimming them down see if that helps or taping them..gl
