have you checked to see if he is chipped??? Called the vets in the area?? Did you find him??? Where, when, size, etc. I'm in Sugar Land but might be able to help out if i can. Bless you for saving him.
I lost one of mine and i know the heartache this family must be going through!!! I found mine the next day after putting out a million signs. Drive the area to see if there are any signs put out too!! Also check Craigs List in the area.
