I'm not exactly sure how old they should be when their ears start standing. All I know is my pup had her ears standing before she came to me (she was 11 weeks when we got her) and when we picked her up from the airport, her ears were down. When we talked to the breeder, she said that this is common because Princess was teething and usually the ears flop back down during this time. Now at 12 weeks (...well almost, she turns 12 weeks tomorrow!) both her ears are back up.
