I don't know. You'd think but if they said they took it into a vet and it is not microchipped does that mean they at least tried in the eyes of the law? I told my neighbor to "bring him home" to see how they did with the other dogs but they wouldn't let her. She said she would leave something like her driver's license or something. Makes me
