I know -- just can't help! I love reading something like this that I have seen with my own. I learned to let them be and they will know when it is all perfect for them to lay down. I guess it is more of an instinct than truly moving anything. Now my Jack Russell actually moves her blanket around. She prefers to have a baby blanket in her bed so she can sort of make a nest. Probably all comes from when in the wild, they had to beat down the greenery and make a place safe and comfortable before laying down.
