Worked with Lucy. She used to get so PI$ if you would pick her up from a comfy cushion, etc. We started picking her up and giving her a treat . . and that snarly behavior vanished quickly. |
Excellent suggestion. This should actually make him think good things come from reaching hands. Just don't rush it.
