I was without my Madan comb for combing Beamer! I knew I loved my Madan comb, but didn't realize how really really good it was until I was without it.
My groomer comes every Wednesday to bathe Beamer. She usually uses my Madan brushes and combs instead of her own. On Wednesday she inadvertently put my comb in her grooming tool carrier when she left.
I didn't realize it until yesterday when I went to brush and comb Beamer. The comb wasn't with the brushes etc and I searched high and low for it.
I had a couple of combs that I had bought just after I got Beamer and before I discovered how good the Madan grooming brushes and combs were.
So, I tried to use one of those combs yesterday. It just wasn't as good as the Madan one. I ended up using the Madan mustache comb, which is small, but it was better than the other combs.
I realized last night what had happened, that the groomer must have inadvertently taken the comb when she left. It was too late to call her when I realized what had happened. But, first thing this morning I called her. Sure enough she had my comb. She returned it this evening.
Now, I am going to have to order a "spare" comb from Jenny (Toplinepet.com) so I am never without one.
Never thought I would have "comb withdrawal" problems.
