please check with the vet; but i think it will be best if you feed a bland diet for a week to rest her stomach. boiled chicken and rice or ground turkey and oatmeal is more soothing. also if you want to feed kibble add some digestive enzymes and probiotics to help digest the food and feed less more often. also feeding wet food is easier to digest; so you might want to do that for a while until she's better. good luck
