Second, YES... She has been bathed, no bites are visible or apparent. Started benadryl Monday evening, symptoms started Tuesday...
First of all, thank you for standing up for yourself, I don't know why people are so quick to judge. There should be a rule on here about opening your brain before you open your mouth!

Benadryl given continually can cause dryness from the antihistamine.
Also ear infections cause puppies to rub their ears and faces on what ever they can. Redness is one sign of ear infection but also is smell. Smell the inside of her ears, each one. An infection will give a stronger odor. Another thing is with the antihistamines drying her out her eyes may be bothering her from lacking moisture. Cut back on the Benadryl a little and see if the rubbing stops. Good luck with your baby, I know you will take good care of her.
