Belle does that tto, but not really.. She's spade and we've had the mother daughter talk
She does this to my arm if she wants to play and she thinks she is being ignored. She does it to my DH too until he straightens his arm out so she can grab at his fingers. When they want attention, there's no telling what they will do.
