Welcome to YT! I saw on another post that your little one is in the crate for 8+ hours a day, plus at night. I would have to say part of the problem is the long stretch during the day in the crate - these babies have teeny bladders. Is it possible for you to come home at lunch or have a friend/family member let her out to relieve herself? If not, what about an x-pen set up with toys, food and pee pads during the day and crate only at night? I know it's difficult to work and juggle a pup, but it can be done...I'm doing it now. I'm already seeing my upfront work pay off for mine, who's 10 months old. Good luck to you!
