How many pups depends on the how the breedings took. Could be 1, could be 7. When she is around 50 days, you will need to have her xrayed. This will give you a guesstimate (not exact) as to how many pups and also give you and your vet advanced warning if the pups look too big for her to free whelp.

Given that the dogs are unregistered, I would sell them for what it costs to cover the price of the vet bills for your female and the litter. No more than $200-300.
