Well you know your dog. If she is almost 6 years old and have had her on the same food for some time now and out of no where started vomitting, I would be concerned. If it happened 3 times overall - then I would definitely make an appointment to have her examined. Something obviously is not right. One time I would say that she may have gotteninto something that she shouldn't have eaten - but more than once would be cause to have her taken in for a professional view.
